What age can my baby start Nummies?

Our ranges are designed to support your baby’s feeding journey from 6+ months onwards. Always consult your healthcare professional if you’re unsure when your baby is ready to start solids.

How do I choose the right range for my baby?

* 6+ Months: Smooth purees
* 7+ Months: Slightly textured purees
* 10+ Months: Chunkier meals with soft bits
* 12+ Months: Wholesome toddler meals

Is Nummies food fresh or frozen?

All Nummies meals are freshly prepared in small batches and then frozen to lock in freshness and nutrients.

Do you add salt, sugar or preservatives?

No. Our meals contain:

✅ No artificial additives

What ingredients do you use?

We use fresh ingredients and carefully selected recipes designed specifically for babies and toddlers.

How long can I keep Nummies meals in the freezer?

Please refer to the best-before date at the bottom of the tub. Meals should be kept frozen until ready to use.

How do I heat a Nummies meal?

Simply remove the lid, defrost if required, heat thoroughly, stir well and always check the temperature before serving.

Can I refreeze a meal after it has thawed?

We do not recommend refreezing meals once fully thawed.

Do you deliver nationwide?

We deliver frozen to major South African city centres.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is R400.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are freshly prepared before dispatch. Please allow approximately 4-5 working days for preparation before courier collection.

How are the meals kept frozen during delivery?
We carefully pack all meals in insulated packaging with cooling materials to ensure they remain frozen during transit.

Can I collect my order?

If you opted for Pickup, we will contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through our website, via Payfast, Card, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Apple Pay

Are your tubs BPA-free?

Yes. Our tubs are BPA-free, food-safe, freezer-friendly, microwave-friendly and recyclable.

Can I reuse the tubs?

Absolutely! Many parents reuse them for snacks, leftovers and meal prep.

What are Meal Bundles?

Our Meal Bundles are curated selections of meals designed to make ordering easier, save time and keep your freezer stocked.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
