SMOOTH TEXTURE

A great starter food for babies!  Sweet Potatoes provide Vitamin C and Fiber and beta-carotene (important for fighting off infections in babies).  The natural sweet taste of sweet potatoes make them a big favourite for most babies.  Orange vegetables like sweet potato are also packed with choline, an essential nutrient for brain development, as well as fiber to help with a constipated tummy.

When weaning before 6 months please always make sure you have spoken to your healthcare professional to ensure that your baby is ready to begin early weaning. 

Heating Instructions

To heat up your food, you can safety heat it in the microwave until it has defrosted and reached the desired temperature.  Please ensure that you stir in-between to prevent over heating. 

Tubs Information

We use PP5 tubs which are recyclable, BPA Free, 100% food safe, freezer and microwave friendly. We freeze the meals directly after cooking them, and they can be kept in the freezer for up to 4 months, as per the best before date at the bottom of the tub.
